Preparation: Close all zippers and Velcro before washing.
Machine Wash: Cold, gentle cycle in a front-loader. Avoid top-load agitators.
Detergent: Use outerwear-specific detergent (e.g. Nikwax Tech Wash).
Drying: Hang dry or tumble dry low. Brief low heat can reactivate DWR waterproofing.
Avoid: bleach, fabric softener, ironing, or dry cleaning — all can damage fabrics.
