We want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. This policy outlines your rights and our returns process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Your Right to Return (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and unworn.
All original tags and labels are attached.
The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, the item should be returned promptly using a tracked postal service.
2. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
Process your refund within 14 days.
Issue the refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Any duties or taxes incurred during a return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
3. Drift Pants – Free Size Exchange
We offer additional benefits for Drift Pants to make sizing risk-free.
Free Size Exchange
One free size exchange per item is available for all Drift Pants (adult and kids).
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange the exchange.
We will ship the replacement item at no extra cost.
Items must be unworn and returned with tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Import Duties and Taxes (DDP Shipping)
For Drift Pants only, import duties and taxes are prepaid for customers in:
United States
Canada
European Union
This means no additional charges on delivery for these regions.
Other Products
Products other than Drift Pants (such as Baggy Snow Pants 2.0, hoodies, and tees) are not eligible for free size exchanges or DDP shipping.
Standard return shipping costs apply to these items.
4. Exchanges for Other Products
If you wish to exchange a product other than Drift Pants, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. In these cases:
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping of the replacement item may incur an additional charge.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.
Within 30 days: You may request a full refund.
After 30 days and within 6 months: We will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.
We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
6. Items Exempt from Return
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Custom-made or personalised garments.
Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
7. Warranty
All SnowRipper products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If a fault develops due to a manufacturing issue, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
8. How to Return an Item
Before returning any item, you must complete our Returns Request Form for approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Steps:
Complete the Returns Request Form within 14 days of delivery.
Wait for approval and follow the instructions provided.
Repackage the item securely, including your order details.
Ship the item using a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage.
Once received, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you by email.
9. International Customers
We ship worldwide and welcome returns from all countries. Please note:
Drift Pants: Duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP) for the USA, Canada, and the EU.
All other products: Any duties or taxes incurred during shipping or returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
