Returns & Refund Policy.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn't fit or isn't right, we'll do our best to sort it out quickly. This policy applies to all customers worldwide and outlines your rights and our returns process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Return (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to return any item within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided:

  • The item is in its original, unused and unworn condition.

  • All original tags and labels are still attached.

  • The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you will need to return the item promptly.

2. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

3. Exchanges — Wrong Size or Colour

If your item doesn't fit or you'd like a different colour, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll ship the correct item to you free of charge, you just need to cover the cost of returning the original to us.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We recommend checking availability with us before sending anything back.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return it for a full refund or replacement.

  • Within 30 days: you are entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 days but within 6 months: we will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team to arrange this.

5. Items Exempt from Return

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised garments.

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

6. Warranty

All SnowRipper products come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue within that period, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

7. How to Return an Item

Before returning anything, you must complete our Returns Request Form for approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To return an item:

  1. Fill out the Returns Request Form within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for approval and follow the instructions provided.

  3. Repackage the item securely and include your order details.

  4. Ship the item back using a tracked postal service and keep proof of postage.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or send out your exchange and let you know by email.

8. International Customers

We ship worldwide and welcome returns from all countries. If you're outside the UK and need to return or exchange an item, just get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.
